Gaga pour Obama: la nouvelle "people" du jour...

Un appui significatif pour le Président? Pour ma part, je bute sur le 35 000$!

"Lady Gaga sat front and center at a Silicon Valley fundraiser for President Obama Sunday night, decked out with big shoes and bigger hair.

Gaga was one of an estimated 75 guests paying $35,800 to attend the event at the home of Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg and her husband David Goldberg.

According to a White House pool report, Gaga, wearing a sweeping black lace dress, her blonde hair in a bouffant with a black hairpiece and long veil, sat in the front row while the president spoke. ABC reported that the president and the singer talked for two minutes when she came through the photo line.

Last week, Gaga tweeted that she was going to meet with Obama and wanted to talk about bullying and the suicide of 14-year-old Jamey Rodemeyer. According to ABC, Gaga was able to address bullying during the evening’s question and answer session.

“She first thanked the president for what he’s accomplished, then read from what she said was a letter from a fan about the suicide of another fan who had been subjected to bullying. She thanked Obama for hosting his anti-bullying conference with Michelle Obama, and then made a general plea to everyone in the room, including the president, to do what they can to prevent bullying,” ABC reported.

In response, the president made remarks about “his administration’s anti-bullying campaign, and then more generally about the importance of values and who we are as Americans.”"
