Le mariage entre conjoints de même sexe tue... Une nouvelle approche des conservateurs américains

Dana Milbank du Washington Post commente cette nouvelle stratégie pour freiner la reconnaissance des mariages entre conjoints de même sexe aux États-Unis. Selon cette "approche scientifique", la reconnaissance des mariages entre conjoints de même sexe provoquerait 900 000 "avortements". Je relis l'article et je ne comprends toujours pas cette logique... Si les gais américains ne peuvent se marier, les femmes auront plus d'enfants????

 "To wit: Legalizing same-sex marriage devalues marriage and causes fewer heterosexual couples to marry, which leads to a larger number of unmarried women, who have abortions at higher rates than married women. As a result, Schaerr wrote, “nearly 900,000 more children of the next generation would be aborted as a result of their mothers never marrying. This is equal to the entire population of the cities of Sacramento and Atlanta combined.”
