Le troisième membre de la famille Bush à tenter de gagner la présidence peut cependant bénéficier de suffisamment de temps pour relancer sa campagne. Une candidature sérieuse et attendue, mais il devra d'abord séduire les Républicains avant d'espérer avoir la chance de se frotter à Hillary Clinton.
